Salary: £8,672.42 (FTE £18,515.02)
Hours/Contract: 20 hours per week (must be able to work weekday afternoons), Term Time only (39 weeks per year)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Hub Assistant to join Brooklands College’s Employability and Learning Hub Department.
The successful candidate will already have gained some experience in customer services, information and guidance and supporting individuals and groups.
The successful candidate will be:
Collaborative
Thorough (with strong attention to detail)
A good communicator
Able to learn new things quickly and use different computer software / online platforms
Professional when dealing with difficult situations and managing behaviour
Keen to help people reach their potential and achieve their best results during their time at the college via study skills, time management / planning, improving attendance, effective questioning & problem solving
Enthusiastic about capturing and sharing information, making recommendations and contributing positively to the college’s strategic aims.
